Previous roading and footpath projects include the Wigram Skies subdivision in Christchurch (Ngāi Tahu Property), and Longhurst subdivision in Christchurch (Mike Greer Homes). South East Earthworks is also experienced in working on earthquake-damaged sites, through our involvement in the Christchurch and Canterbury rebuild.

Longhurst Subdivision - Christchurch
South East Earthworks constructed roading and footpaths for 37 units built by Mike Greer Homes on Caulfield Avenue; within the Longhurst residential subdivision in Halswell, Christchurch. The project scope included site preparation, bulk earthworks and excavation. Roading and footpaths were completed within the time frame required and within budget.
